In this lively and participatory, three-hour presentation, REI organizers will use stories and data to present a perspective that racism is fundamentally structural in nature. By examining characteristics of modern-day racial inequity, the presentation introduces participants to an analysis that most find immediately helpful and relevant.
This two-part webinar aims to disrupt the ways white supremacy shows up in communities of color. Through interactive exercises, dialogue and practice, we will share a multi-racial framework for building authentic solidarity among Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC). A key learning objective of this training is for participants to be more equipped to demonstrate anti-racism, advancing race equity by actively dismantling white supremacy and anti-blackness within teams, organizations and communities.

We are considering a small grants process that would remove barriers for grass roots and/or small capacity organizations.
