GEOList Summary: Sabbatical Policy for Foundation Staff
Does your foundation provide sabbaticals for your staff - not grantees or nonprofit leaders, but foundation staff? If so would you share your policy? I am trying to draft a policy for our foundation and want to determine what's common across our sector. I have found quite a bit of information on scholarships/funds available to nonprofit leaders, but only a few policies regarding foundation staff. If you prefer I'm happy to keep the information you send confidential (i.e. not share beyond my staff and board).
