GEOList Summary: Outcome Evaluation Survey Tools
For longer-term, higher value grants (Grow Stream), we are interested in finding and using standardized survey tools to measure progress toward outcomes. The ideal would be to have one standardized tool per grant result, for all grantees to use. Do any of you use standardized tools for similar grant results/ outcomes?
