GEOList Summary: Nondiscrimination policies

We are exploring the idea of developing a nondiscrimination policy for our grantmaking program and are seeking samples as well as answers to the following: What issues were taken into consideration when developing your policy? Is your policy aimed at program participation/membership/service provision, hiring practices, or both? How does your policy currently read and how is it implemented (included in your public guidelines and/or as part of signed application or grant agreement)? Did you seek legal counsel as part of your process? Have you experienced any unintended consequences related to the policy?
