We are in the process of refining our theory of change for our capacity building work, focused on increasing grantees' youth development, leadership, and overall organizational capacity. I am interesting in seeing how other foundations map out their capacity building work in theories of change and/or logic models. Please send me any models that undergird your capacity building work.
