GEOList Summary: Insights on Launching into Diversity and Equity Work

Has anyone used a consultant that they can recommend to assist us in planning and carrying out diversity and equity assessments and in developing a guiding framework? We are also interested in learnings that other foundations can share from their experiences in launching this work that can inform our approach (what spurred your foundation to take on the work, who participated in it and what has changed about the organization or its granting since then). We would be especially appreciative of insights of foundations that have recently engaged in these efforts and/or foundations whose grantmaking is general purpose.
