All conference programming will take place at the Westin Convention Center, Pittsburgh.

GEO has reserved a block of rooms at the Westin at a discounted rate of $149 plus tax per night. To take advantage of the GEO group rate, please make your reservation with the hotel directly by Friday, October 13, 2017. Please note that the room block may reach capacity before this date, so we urge you to book early. Please be aware of the hotel’s cancellation policy. All rooms can be reserved and rates honored over the following nights: Sunday, November 12; Monday, November 13; and Tuesday, November 14. A limited number of discounted rooms are available prior to and after these dates. If you encounter any problems securing a room at the hotel, please contact registration@geofunders.org.

$149 (single or double occupancy), plus 14 percent state and local tax per night
$169 (triple occupancy), plus 14 percent state and local tax per night
$189 (quadruple occupancy), plus 14 percent state and local tax per night

Pittsburgh is served by the Pittsburgh International Airport. The Westin is 17 miles (~25 minutes) away.

Hotel Parking: The hotel offers on-site valet parking with in and out privileges for $26 per night. Self-parking without in and out privileges is subject to availability for $22 per night.

Weather and Attire

Business casual dress is recommended. Average temperatures for Pittsburgh are in the low-to-mid 50s. We recommend that you bring a sweater or shawl as meeting room temperatures do vary.
