COVID-19 Health and Safety

We are excited to be able to host members of our community in person again as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. We will prioritize the safety of our staff and our guests by monitoring the policies of our meeting venue as well as CDC guidelines. Additionally, we’ll be keeping abreast of the latest developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and any implications for our ability to gather.

Upon arrival, we will require that all guests to show proof that they are fully vaccinated. For now, we are defining “up to date” as having received the primary series plus a booster. Please note that the definition of “up to date” may also shift with time. Accepted forms of proof include presenting a physical COVID-19 vaccine card, a photo or copy of vaccination card, or a government-provided digital record of it.

Please note that there will be food and beverage service at this event and so people may be unmasked as they eat and drink. We ask all guests to wear masks when not actively eating and drinking.
