Join The Women’s Foundation in a discussion about WINcome, a grantmaking strategy providing flexible cash assistance to women and gender expansive individuals, and advancing systems change through policy and advocacy that translates to more money for more Coloradans.

Event Details

The Women’s Foundation of Colorado’s WINcome initiative proves women and gender expansive individuals can advance economically when they are trusted to make their own decisions about what they and their families need. WINcome provides grantee partners with unrestricted funding of up to 50% of the grant and remaining funds are dedicated to providing flexible cash assistance. WINcome grants also advance systemic changes that support gender, racial, & economic equity for Colorado women and families.

Join a discussion with The Women’s Foundation director of programs, policy, and advocacy, Alison Friedman Philips, and programs manager, Crystal Ayala-Goldstein, about the key learnings from direct service and public policy advocacy collaboration, opportunities for growth, and the future of WINcome.
