This cohort-style opportunity provides a space for grantmakers to come together for shared learning and relationship building, supporting each other throughout their implementation journey.

Explore internal and external practices to ensure your grantmaking benefits everyone in your community. Discover how embedded equity-centered organizational principles bolster your mission. Learn to apply equitable concepts to your capacity-building programs.

You’ll assess how nonprofits and communities participate in your grantmaking and how to look at that participation through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The learning and evaluation session will provide you with frameworks and tools to become a deeper and more effective learner.
