Community Call: Global Grantmaking with an Equity Lens

This rich conversation amongst peers will be “more questions than answers,” but we hope that you’ll be able to share and hear about some experiments to advance equitable grantmaking globally.

Event Details

Funders that work across cultures and borders have unique challenges related to their work at achieving equitable outcomes for grantees and community members. Issues involving language, board involvement, grantmaking process and myriad cultural contexts are notable. This member call will allow you to meet with other peers that fund globally and engage in an intimate discussion on the role of our foundations to build trust, a common language around equity, and bringing along senior leadership to invest in equitable grantmaking. This rich conversation amongst peers will be “more questions than answers,” but we hope that you’ll be able to share and hear about some experiments to advance equitable grantmaking globally.
