Foundations for Change Leadership is a five-part virtual program designed for grantmakers ready to shift how they show up in their work and their relationship to change. By reflecting on not just what they do but how they do it, participants will strengthen awareness and build their capacity to navigate change, inside and outside of their organizations, as an essential part of moving from intention to integration and embodiment to transform philanthropy.
Moving from individual reflection of purpose, values and relationships, to how these overlap with your organizational role, participants will develop their ability to move through change, including shifting community needs, strategic redesigns and external complexity with a grounded, effective approach towards courage and partnership. Participants will experience a mix of the following:
- Five online sessions: syllabus/workbook
- Assigned readings
- Curated Peer Assist Groups, reflection and small group discussions
- Peer coaching and exchange
- Series reflection and continued learning
This series is intentionally designed for non-C-suite staff, including managers, specialists, program officers, and directors. It is especially relevant for people who are leading change from where they sit, even if they do not hold formal authority or managerial duties.
