Foundations for Change Leadership is a five-part virtual program designed for grantmakers ready to shift how they show up in their work and their relationship to change. By reflecting on not just what they do but how they do it, participants will strengthen awareness and build their capacity to navigate change, inside and outside of their organizations, as an essential part of moving from intention to integration and embodiment to transform philanthropy.
This opening session will orient participants to the series, introduce key tools and resources, and begin building a strong peer learning community. Participants will reflect on the change they hope to advance in philanthropy and begin clarifying the values, purpose, and vision that ground their work. Through guided reflection and small-group exchange, participants will draft an initial change statement that they will return to throughout the series.
Registration: Participants must register for the full 2026 Change Leadership Remote Learning Series to attend this session.
