Foundations for Change Leadership is a five-part virtual program designed for grantmakers ready to shift how they show up in their work and their relationship to change. By reflecting on not just what they do but how they do it, participants will strengthen awareness and build their capacity to navigate change, inside and outside of their organizations, as an essential part of moving from intention to integration and embodiment to transform philanthropy.
This session will help participants surface the cultural dynamics, assumptions, and “ways of working” that influence behavior inside their organizationsOrganizational culture often shapes grantmaking practice in ways that are powerful but hard to see. Using culture-mapping tools and peer reflection, participants will examine how visible and invisible aspects of culture can either support or limit the change they are seeking.
Registration: Participants must register for the full 2026 Change Leadership Remote Learning Series to attend this session.
