Foundations of Change Leadership Session 2: Examining Power and Our Relationship to Change

Foundations for Change Leadership is a five-part virtual program designed for grantmakers ready to shift how they show up in their work and their relationship to change. By reflecting on not just what they do but how they do it, participants will strengthen awareness and build their capacity to navigate change, inside and outside of their organizations, as an essential part of moving from intention to integration and embodiment to transform philanthropy.

In session 2, participants will explore their own relationship to change, uncertainty, conflict, and progress. Together, the group will examine how power shows up in philanthropy and within organizations, including the ways formal and informal power can either reinforce the status quo or support more equitable practices. Participants will use practical frameworks to identify triggers, reflect on power dynamics, and consider how they can move their change goals forward with greater intention.

Registration: Participants must register for the full 2026 Change Leadership Remote Learning Series to attend this session.
