Event Details

The Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ Cohort is a new opportunity designed for seasoned equity practitioners leading systems change within the GEO community and beyond, led by Sheryl Petty, Ed.D, CEO & Founder of Movement Tapestries and supported by GEO.

The EECM™ Cohort is open to both GEO members and nonmembers, as well as individual deep equity practitioners. The goal of this new program is to help deepen the bench and critical mass of the field of equity-embedded systems change (EESC)™ practitioners. The EECM™ Cohort will support seasoned, intersectional equity practitioners to further enhance their already significant skills by helping to deepen practitioners’ approaches and stamina to advance systems change in the multiple roles they may hold in the field. Review eligibility requirements to see if you’re the right fit.

The EECM™ Cohort will include real-time practice, individual coaching and peer support to analyze system flow, detangle entangled areas and advance practice in EESC™. It will run from April 18 to July 31, 2024 with both virtual and in-person sessions. Full details about sessions and the time commitment required are available here.

Applications for 2024 are now closed.

Start: Thursday, April 18, 9:00 AM Eastern

End: Wednesday, July 31, 4:00 PM Eastern

Both in-person in Washington, DC and virtually online.
