The Executive Roundtable will explore how governance, culture, and practice can serve as powerful levers for advancing social change. As our sector and the world continue to shift, philanthropic governance must change accordingly to enable grantmakers to act as agile, values-driven partners to nonprofits and communities. Together, we will examine board alignment, change leadership, and values-in-practice, while naming the real barriers funders are facing as they try to meet this moment. We will also explore how philanthropic infrastructure organizations like SCG and GEO can encourage expansive thinking and honest dialogues to lead with greater courage and alignment.
