Feedback Labs’ Feedback + Albuquerque Summit brings together nonprofit leaders, funders, advocates and community stakeholders to explore how high-quality feedback can transform the way we design, implement and evaluate our work by sharing power with those closest to the problems we are trying to solve.
During the summit, GEO will present a workshop on shifting philanthropic governance to center community voice. Joined by member organization Albuquerque Community Foundation, participants will explore how to transform boardrooms into active, community-accountable feedback loops by pairing national power-shifting strategies with local, real-world execution in Albuquerque. Attendees will leave with actionable governance frameworks to ensure that when communities share their lived experiences and perceptions, those holding the highest levels of strategic and financial power are structurally equipped to listen, yield authority and act.
