Claudia serves as the Director of Membership and Development at Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO). In this role, she leads membership engagement and fundraising efforts to support GEO’s mission of transforming philanthropy to better serve nonprofits and communities.
Previously, Claudia assisted nonprofit organizations across various sectors to meet their fundraising goals and she also managed grantmaking portfolios at the Women’s Foundation. Her experience also includes conducting research on women’s economic security at the Institute for Women’s Policy Research.
Throughout her career, Claudia has consistently worked to create lasting positive change in the communities she deeply cares about.
