The Change leaders in Philanthropy Fellowship is a 10-month peer cohort program for senior leaders who are responsible for shepherding key change efforts within their grantmaking institutions.
The current Change Leaders in Philanthropy Fellowship cohort will meet in Washington, DC hosted by GEO for the fellowship’s Opening Retreat. Over the course of three days, fellows will learn, share resources and apply insights to their change work in real-time by exploring what it takes to lead transformational change through an individual, organizational and ecosystem lens.
