Event Details

Join this webinar to learn more about a new cohort opportunity designed for seasoned equity practitioners leading systems change within the GEO community and beyond: the Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ Cohort led by Sheryl Petty, Ed.D, CEO & Founder of Movement Tapestries and supported by GEO.

During this webinar, participants will hear directly from Sheryl Petty and Akilah Massey, GEO’s VP of Programs, about the EECM™ Cohort’s goals, structure and expectations of cohort participants. In addition, we will directly address how to start your application, which is open now through February 20.

The EECM™ Cohort is open to both GEO members and nonmembers, as well as individual deep equity practitioners. The goal of the EECM™ Cohort is to help deepen the bench and critical mass of the field of equity-embedded systems change (EESC)™ practitioners. The Cohort will support seasoned, intersectional equity practitioners to further enhance their already significant skills. The Cohort will seek to help deepen practitioners’ approaches and stamina to advance systems change in the multiple roles they may hold in the field.

The Cohort will include real-time practice, individual coaching and peer support to analyze system flow, detangle entangled areas and advance practice in EESC™. The Cohort will run from April to July 2024 with both virtual and in-person sessions.
