Commit to smarter grantmaking
Do you believe that grantmakers can improve their practices to help ensure that their nonprofit partners achieve more?
GEO knows that better results and stronger nonprofits require smarter grantmaking. And because change is never easy, we provide our members the tools and resources to succeed.
Why join GEO?
GEO Membership will help you to:
- Act in the best interest of your grantees. Learn strategies to help your nonprofit partners build their capacity to weather an increasingly complex environment to achieve extraordinary things.
- Make the case for improvements in practice within your organization. Use GEO’s resources to start the internal conversations necessary to achieve changes in your organization.
- Engage stakeholders more meaningfully. Involving grantees and other members of your community in your foundation’s decision-making will allow you to make smarter investments.
- Learn from your peers and your nonprofit partners. Find out what your peers are doing to assess impact, and harness evaluation results to inform strategy and increase the ability of nonprofits to make more informed decisions.
