Leading change requires grantmakers to have a deep understanding of their own organizational culture and how it impacts the success of our nonprofit partners. But how we initiate conversations about culture within our organizations, and how we make the connection to our external work, are not always clear. Join this session with Grantmakers for Effective Organizations for an introduction to their nationally recognized culture framework—as well as a special opportunity to approach a “change challenge” through the lens of organizational culture. You’ll also get hands-on practice using several culture tools and peer-to-peer conversations to develop a better understanding of how your existing culture either supports or gets in the way of positive organizational change.
Is anyone using software that combines grant management and CRM on one platform? We have a demo with SmartSimple in a few weeks, but are interested to know what else is out there.

Greetings,
Our Foundation is currently looking for a new system to manage Payroll and Benefits. We are a private family foundation with 7 staff members. I am curious if there are organizations similar in size that use these applications to manage their benefits and payroll? Furthermore, I am curious to learn how folks structure HR if it is not in-house, what type of system(s) do you utilize? Please share your thoughts and insight if you have any!
Kindly,
Lindsey
Does anyone have experience exploring ways to measure the impact of philanthropic efforts and investments on community initiatives, financial and otherwise? How are foundations measuring this impact and how are foundations attributing community change to their investments?
