Our Foundation has been approached by a local Cemetery Association [501(c) 13] wishing to establish an endowed fund with us. Can anyone provide guidance on whether this is a permitted relationship? If it is permitted, are there specific expenditure responsibility requirements? Do you classify it as a Donor Advised or Agency Fund?
