Member Call | Just Listening: Advancing Equity Through Feedback
Join us for this highly interactive member call to learn how GEO and Fund for Shared Insight, a national funder collaborative, think about the connections between equity and feedback, and what kind of listening and feedback truly advances equity.
Event Details
At their best, feedback and listening are powerful tools that can help nonprofits and funders shift systems and structures in ways that lead to more equitable outcomes. For funders that are already focused on equity, a stronger commitment to feedback and listening can advance their equity goals. And for those just beginning equity work, listening and feedback can inform and strengthen that commitment. While potentially profound, the connection between listening and equity is not inherent or automatic. Join us to learn how GEO and Fund for Shared Insight, a national funder collaborative, think about the connections between equity and feedback, and what kind of listening and feedback truly advances equity. In a highly interactive 90-minute session, we will engage in these topics through videos, full-group presentations and conversations, and small group discussions.
