Join GEO to dive into our new publication Exploring Microcultures and Why They Matter. During this session, we will discuss different types of microcultures that grantmakers often see and how they affect our work. We will be joined by Denise St. Omer, vice president of grantmaking and inclusion initiatives at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, to discuss how the organization was able to take advantage of microcultures to make positive changes. Together with your peers, learn how to understand the microcultures where you work and identify whether they are positive or negative influences on your larger culture.
