Thank you for your contribution to GEO’s 2010 national conference. To ensure that the process of serving as a conference session designer and/or speaker is a smooth and rewarding process – and to stay in line with our conference sustainability plan – GEO has developed this Web page to house all information needed by session designers and speakers.

For Session Designers

Here you will find links to all of the documents sent to you in September that you will need as you design and prepare for your session. Please click on each item to access the documents.

Designers Submit:
Session designers are asked to submit the following session materials. The success of the conference depends on your submission of session materials by the deadlines set by GEO. Please click on the items below for more details.

Speakers Submit:
Speakers are required to submit the following session materials. The success of the conference depends on your submission of session materials by the deadlines set by GEO. Please click on the items below for more details.

  • Photo and bio. Send a 100 word count bio and photo (Acceptable standard photo file formats are JPEG, GIF, bitmap (BMP), or PNG) to The Caraway Management Group (GEO’s conference management company) at geo@tcmgevents.com.

  • Speaker contract. If  you require a copy of your speaker contract, contact The Caraway Management Group, Inc. at 877.459.7438 ext. 108.

  • Session materials + more 
    Log in using your email address. Note: Please do not upload Microsoft Office X documents; instead, save Office X files in an earlier version (eg., use ".doc" instead of ".docx") and upload the converted file. 
    (Deadline: April 1, 2010)
