Registration Rates
Registration is now open for GEO members and nonmembers. Become a GEO member and you'll receive a $300 discount on your conference registration and a 10 percent discount on your first year of GEO membership. Contact Laurel Jacobsen (by e-mail or at 202.898.5728) for membership information.

*To receive the GEO member rate, you must be professionally affiliated with a GEO member organization and register for the conference under that organization's name.

Registration via e-mail or phone: GEO is committed to making the conference registration process as simple as possible. A paper registration form is available for individuals who prefer to register off-line or who will pay by check. To request a paper registration form, e-mail geo@tcmgevents.com or call 877.459.7438 x109.
Cancellations and Substitutions Policy
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $100 service fee. Refunds cannot be granted after March 8, 2010, or for no-shows. Substitutions are allowed at any time and we encourage you to send someone in your place. Requests for substitutions and cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to geo@tcmgevents.com.
Who Is Eligible to Attend?
Registration is open to GEO members and nonmembers.
GEO welcomes all staff and trustees of grantmaking institutions to attend. GEO also welcomes staff of other philanthropy-supporting infrastructure groups, such as regional associations of grantmakers and affinity groups.
If you are not a member of GEO or Grantmakers of Western Pennsylvania and are interested in attending the conference, please contact GEO's membership staff at membership@geofunders.org or 202.898.5728 to confirm your eligibility before registering for the event. If you are eligible for membership, we encourage you to join GEO at this time to take advantage of discounted registration fees and all the benefits of GEO membership.
Consultants
Consultants are not eligible to attend the conference unless they are presenting or representing a client foundation. If you are a foundation and would like to register an active consultant for the conference, you must register him or her under your foundation's name and submit on company letterhead verification of the consultant's active involvement with your foundation. Former consultants are not eligible to attend.

Photo Release Policy
We often use photographs taken at GEO events in our print and Web communication materials. By participating in this conference and/or being present at the venue, you authorize GEO to use and reproduce any photographs taken, without compensation. All negatives and positives, photographic prints and digital photo files shall constitute GEO property, solely and completely.
